We specialize in spec builds and residential subdivision construction. The owners of Arizona Land & Construction Company, LLC have decades of service in the Valley utility and construction industries.

Our one stop shop process takes you step by step through selecting and customizing plans, site selection, determining your new home’s cost, financing, pre-construction meetings and every detail right up to moving into your new custom home.
